This collection represents a homecoming.
The first time exploring my hometown from a lens of raw authenticity. Almost as raw as the polaroids themselves. TULIP TOWN is an invitation to the interplay of light and shadow, the subtleties of form and composition, and the profound emotions that nature can evoke. As a Holland local, I have been fortunate to witness firsthand the enchanting transformation of the city during this annual celebration.
 
Each polaroid encapsulates the new bloom from the city of Holland. Each polaroid, a fragmented piece of the day and time spent with my Grandfather. With each click of the shutter, I sought to capture the very energy that permeates the air – the enchanting aroma of fresh tulips, the echoes of joyous laughter, and the rich tapestry of stories woven throughout the day.
